A DDDay is our VIP, design-intensive experience that allows you to book us for an 8-hour block where we work for you (and only you). This means you’ll have full access to our range of creative skills without waiting weeks for the results or sharing us with others.

What to expect when investing in a Dedicated Design Day.

Request a DDDay booking.
Fill out the inquiry form and be as detailed as possible with your design needs. If we determine a DDDay is ideal to meet your goals, we’ll reach out with next steps.

Making it official.
We'll secure the dates for your DDDay experience, send a contract for e-signing, and invoice for the amount in full. With these items in place, you’ll get access to a Dropbox or Google Drive folder where you can upload any relevant content.
step three
It’s DDDay!
On your dedicated DDDay, we’ll start bright and early to dedicate the day just to you. We ask that you be available for feedback to keep things efficient and progressing.

And that’s a wrap.
Within 48 hours after your DDDay, you'll receive all the final files and any relevant video tutorials.

Each Dedicated Design Day (DDDay) is a flat investment of $1600 for up to 8 hours of design work. If additional time is needed due to multiple revision requests, it will be billed hourly at our standard rate.
When booking a DDDay, you can book multiple days at once for a discount. The amount of time that needs to be booked will be determined by the design work requested. After receiving your DDDay Booking Request, we’ll review your design needs and reply via email with a final quote. With your approval of the proposal, we’ll secure a timeframe for the DDDay and send a contract and invoice for the full proposal. Payment is due in full before work can begin.

DDDays are ideal for one-off design projects where we can create the deliverables you need to market your business. Full branding, rebranding, or website design projects are not allowed to be booked as DDDays. Take a look at our Custom Services page for more details on our brand and web design process.

After receiving your DDDay Booking Request, we’ll review your design needs and reply via email with a final quote. If needed, we’ll book a virtual meeting to create a more realistic design list and adjust the scope, if needed.

If additional time needs to be added to your 8-hour DDDay due to multiple revision requests, it will be billed hourly at our standard rate.
When booking a DDDay, you’ll also have the choice to book multiple days at once for a discount rate.

After we review your request for a Dedicated Design Day, we'll send you a list of needs required to complete your design requests (usually, the list includes any relevant content, images, files, or logins).
After you have officially booked the DDDay, we’ll give you access to a Dropbox or Google Drive folder where you can upload all the content and files.

100% yes. When securing your DDDay in the calendar, we’ll make sure it’s a timeframe that works for you, too. Throughout the day, we will need you to approve designs and the quicker you respond the quicker we can move on to the next design item on the list.
For your convenience, we’ll allow you to choose the best mode of communication so it's as easy and efficient as possible.
