The stronger it is, the better your clients, the higher your rates, and the faster people recognize you as the expert you already are.

  • A logo is one piece of your brand. Your brand is the full system: how you look, sound, and make people feel. A logo without a brand is just a pretty graphic that won’t do much to help you reach your goals.

  • Brand strategy is the thinking that happens before the design. It defines who you are, who you're talking to, what makes you different, and how you want to be perceived.   • A PreMade Brand is a fully designed brand identity (logo suite, color palette, typography, marketing templates, and brand guidelines) created in advance and available for immediate purchase. Unlike a fully custom brand, a PreMade Brand is designed before you buy it and then we’ll customize it with your business name and brand details. It's the fastest way to get a professional, elevated brand without the timeline or investment of a custom project.

  • PreMade Brands are designed for founders who are launching a new business, rebranding on a budget, or need a professional brand quickly. They’re ideal for 1-person businesses, personal brands, solopreneurs, and service providers ready to look established from day one.

  • Never. We’re true believers that no two brands are alike. Every PreMade Brand in our shop is sold once and retired permanently. The moment you purchase it, it belongs exclusively to you. No one else will ever have it.

  • Every PreMade Brand includes customization of your business name, tagline and/or title, and colors. After purchase, you'll receive a short intake form where you'll share your business details. From there, we handle the customization and deliver your final files within the stated timeline. Significant design changes beyond the included customizations are scoped separately as custom work.

  • Each PreMade Brand includes one round of minor revisions (small adjustments like font sizing, spacing, or color tweaks within the existing design). Revisions that alter the overall design direction are considered custom work and priced accordingly.

  • With your prompt communication, the overall timeline can be as little as one week. It truly depends on your ability to provide quick and clear feedback. Check out our How it Works section for more details.

  • Every PreMade Brand comes with a curated color palette already built in. Prefer your own colors? Simply provide your color HEX codes and we’ll customize the brand to your palette. If you'd like a second opinion or want to explore options more strategically, you can add on a Power⚡️Hour (a 60-minute virtual consult with Enid). You'll walk away with a color palette that's not just beautiful, but intentional.

  • Hell yeah! 🤘🏽 We offer website design as an add-on to any PreMade Brand purchase. Whether you need a simple one-page site or a multi-page website, we can build it to match your new brand.

  • Your customized logo and icon files will be delivered via email in black, white, and color in PNG, PDF, and EPS (vector) file formats. Access to download your Brand Style Guide PDF will also be included in this email.

    You will receive Canva links with access to the social media templates, Facebook or LinkedIn banner template, and business card design, which you can copy into your Canva account. You will also receive print-ready business card files in PDF format.

    Due to font licensing restrictions, we cannot provide your brand font files to you, but we will provide links where fonts can be downloaded or purchased.

💰 Pricing and investment. ↓

  • Custom branding projects start at $3,000 and scale depending on scope. Full custom brand and website packages typically start at $8,000. We'll give you a pricing guide after your consult so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs.

  • Hell yeah! For branding and web design, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on our calendar. The remaining balance will be split into installments, depending on what branding service you choose. And, if you need a different payment plan, just ask.

  • The clients who've worked with us have seen real results: more inquiries, higher-quality leads, the confidence to charge what they're worth, and brands they're proud to share. The right brand isn't an expense, it’s an investment in your ideal lifestyle as a business owner. 

🎨 Our custom branding process. ↓

  • We start with a deep-dive brand strategy intensive phase (the Brand Script) to understand your business, your clients, your goals, and what makes you different. From there, we step in as your creative director, conceptualizing your brand and then designing your full visual identity and website. We’ll also help you with designing all the marketing materials you need for your launch and post-launch marketing. Most custom projects run 3–4 months from kickoff to launch.

  • For custom branding, yes. Every successful branding project starts with a brand strategy phase during which we get clear on your target audience, what makes your business unique, what your ideal services should be, and how to properly communicate what you do through visuals.

  • Typically 3–4 months, depending on scope. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start, so there are no surprises. Timelines can shift based on how quickly feedback rounds move. The faster you are, the faster we are.

  • Absolutely. Most clients start with the Brand Script and Brand Design, then return for Website Design. That said, branding always comes before web design. If not, you’ll just end up reinvesting in a new website once you’ve completed a proper brand strategy process.

  • A clear sense of your business, your audience, and where you want to go. You don't need to have all the answers, as that's what our brand strategy process uncovers. You do need to be ready to show up, give feedback, and trust the process.

  • A logo simply cannot tell your whole story and give you the best possible results. Fill out our inquiry form and share with us your branding budget for honest advice on what branding journey will be most effective for you.

  • Absolutely not. 🚫 We believe in custom-made, hand-illustrated brand design.

  • We provide copywriting direction and can recommend trusted copywriting partners. If you'd like full copy support as part of your project, let us know and we'll make sure you have everything you need to go live.

  • We build on Squarespace. It's intuitive enough for you to manage after handoff and flexible enough for us to build something fully custom and on-brand. It also covers most tech needs out of the box, and as Squarespace Circle members, you'll automatically receive 20% off your first year of hosting.

    If you need a different platform, we've got you. We work with trusted developers who specialize in Shopify, Webflow, Wix, and WordPress. We'll handle the design and creative direction while they handle the build.
