I noticed something about four past clients that stopped me in my tracks. Each one was celebrating a Brandversary. Not a launch or a “we finally finished the website.” An anniversary. 🥂 Oof, that felt good.

2025 marked the 25th anniversary of my high school graduation. Class of 2000 👩🏽‍🎓. The Millennium Class. We thought we were extra special. 😂 But last year, I let the milestone go by, and that got me thinking…

I’ve come to refer to the traditional “Services” page as the wallflower of your website. It (sometimes) beautifully lists what you do, but it doesn’t sell.

After nine years in business, I finally took my own advice. My brand had done its job and gotten me to a place where I was attracting a semi-constant flow of projects, but it didn’t fit where I was headed next.
